SHOPPING ON UGGOBUGGO
- To buy our uber cool merchandise, you’ll have to pledge allegiance to the Order of UggoBuggo. This means you should register as a member. Click on the black REGISTER button on the top right to do this. You can also sign in with your Facebook account.
- Browse our site for stuff you want to buy for yourself (or Aunt Bertha across the street – we won’t judge), and add it to your shopping cart. By clicking the “ADD TO CART” button, of course. You may be asked to choose a color, size, design or the deal that you may be taking. You can keep browsing and adding stuff to your cart, for which we will be eternally grateful.
- When you’re done shopping, then you’re ready to checkout. And for that, all you gotta do is click on words “View Cart Detail or Checkout”. It’s easy!
- Next, you’ll need to pay us, or we’ll send a horde of mercenary Storm Troopers shake up your joint. To do this, select your payment method. Uggo Buggo accepts international VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards, and Paypal. You may also select your local bank (where available) if you prefer to pay by online banking.
- When that’s all done, you’ll need us to ship your merchandise to you. Currently, we have one shipping mode the cost of which will display during your checkout.
- And with that, you’re done and the little elves that reside in your computer will generate you a nice little confirmation page and acknowledge your awesomeness.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
- HOW LONG DOES MY STUFF GET HERE?If the stars are aligned, and the planets are in a favorable position, you’ll get your UggoBuggo junk in 3-5 days. Worst case, 7 days. You’ll get a tracking number for your shipment so you can monitor the progress. And because we like you, you’ll also get mails updating you on your order status.
- HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?We ship globally from our Malaysia depot with options for Poslaju within Malaysia, Express Mail for Singapore and DHL Express globally. To find out our shipping rates, click Checkout for your items and it will be calculated for you. We also do combined shipping if you order more than one item. So, order more than one item!
- WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES?We send your stuff with duties and taxes unpaid. For more information on your country’s customs policies, contact your local customs office.
- WHAT IS UGGOBUGGO’S EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?If you’re not altogether happy with the stuff you bought, give it some time and maybe you’ll learn to love each other once again. However, if you’re truly and terribly unsatisfied with your purchase, go ahead and send it back to us in the original condition and packaging within 7 days, and we’ll credit the money back into your account. UggoBuggo will exchange at the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them (excluding postage/shipping fees).
